Returns & Refunds

We use meticulous care when making all of our designs, and always try to ensure we are making exactly what you have ordered, and we want you to be overjoyed and fully satisfied with your Jewellery from us.
However, as each Tesoramore product is custom made we cannot offer a return or refund unless: 

a) the product does not match the design you ordered, or

b) the product is faulty.
If the product(s) delivered does not match your order or is faulty then please contact us via email ( outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods.
Please remember to indicate your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.
If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to for our customer services team to assess.

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by Tesoramore. If you need to cancel an order you should contact customer services on 07908748192 as soon as possible.
If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Tesoramore a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are obviously custom-made.
Finally, you have our word that we'll always do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your Tesoramore order.
